1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VAYA Concierge services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Service Description

VAYA Concierge provides luxury concierge services including but not limited to vehicle rentals, hotel reservations, private aviation, yacht charters, restaurant bookings, and bespoke trip planning in Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.

3. Booking and Payment

• ·Bookings require either full payment or a deposit at the time of confirmation.
• ·Final balances are due 72 hours prior to service delivery unless otherwise agreed.
• ·Some payments may be made directly to suppliers (hotels, charter operators).
• ·Concierge service fees are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
• ·All pricing is quoted in AED unless otherwise indicated.

4. Cancellation Policy

• ·Car Rentals — 48 hours' notice for full refund.
• ·Hotels — 48 to 72 hours per property terms.
• ·Private Jets — 7-day full refund; 72-hour graduated cancellation fees thereafter.
• ·Yachts — 7-day notice; 10% administrative fee retained.
• ·Restaurant reservations — 24 hours.
• ·Concierge service fees are non-refundable once incurred.

5. Client Responsibilities

• ·Provide accurate personal and travel information at the time of booking.
• ·Hold valid passports, visas, and travel documents.
• ·Comply with UAE laws and the conduct policies of all venues and service providers.
• ·Settle outstanding balances on or before agreed dates.
• ·Treat all suppliers, vehicles, vessels, and venues with care.
• ·Communicate any changes or issues to your concierge promptly.
• ·Disclose dietary needs, allergies, or medical conditions where relevant.

6. Liability Limitations

VAYA Concierge acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers. Liability for service delivery rests with the providers themselves; VAYA's liability is limited to the value of fees paid to VAYA.

7. Insurance Requirements

Clients are responsible for maintaining appropriate travel, medical, and personal insurance. Vehicle rentals include comprehensive insurance subject to policy terms.

8. Conduct and Safety

All clients must comply with UAE law, including alcohol licensing rules. VAYA reserves the right to terminate service without refund for unsafe or unlawful conduct.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, imagery — is the property of VAYA Concierge and protected by international copyright laws.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy. We never sell client data.

11. Force Majeure

VAYA is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, or pandemic-related restrictions.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Dubai under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Dubai.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
